Founding Cohort · Spring 2026

Forty days.
Five disciplines.
One operating signature.

A six-week leadership lab for cross-industry executives. Every Thursday at 12:15 PM ET, with a Frame video on Monday and a 40-minute pulse call mid-week. You are here because precision matters more to you than performance — and because you said yes before this was proven.

00 · Before we start

A few questions, in your own words.

Six short prompts. About ten minutes. Your answers shape how I show up for you over the forty days — and they're the first reps of the practice itself. Please complete before our welcome call on Thursday May 7.

  1. 01

The name and pronouns you want me to use.

  2. 02

What made you say yes to this cohort.

  3. 03

What part of your leadership you want exposed or sharpened.

  4. 04

Where to push, and where to give space.

  5. 05

The life context that affects your capacity.

  6. 06

What's different about how you lead, six months from now.

01 · Schedule

The Seven Sessions

Calendar invitations were distributed directly to your inbox. Standing Zoom link is embedded in every invite. The schedule below is your at-a-glance reference.

  1. Week 0

    Program Kick-off

    Thu May 7 · 12:15–12:25 PM ET · 5–10 min hard stop

We play the Kick-off Frame video together, set ground rules, and confirm the Day 1 launch. No prep required.

  2. Week 1

    Interrupt the Pattern

    Thu May 14 · 12:15–12:55 PM ET · Day 7

Pulse on Days 1–7. We name the default pattern each of us is most proud of — and then ask whether it is still serving us.

  3. Week 2

    Govern Energy · Part I

    Thu May 21 · 12:15–12:55 PM ET · Day 14

Pulse on Days 8–14. Where does our energy actually go in a week? We map it and start cutting.

  4. Week 3

    Govern Energy · Part II

    Thu May 28 · 12:15–12:55 PM ET · Day 21

Pulse on Days 15–21. We test the cuts. What did the week prove about the system you actually run?

  5. Week 4

    Insert Friction

    Thu Jun 4 · 12:15–12:55 PM ET · Day 28

Pulse on Days 22–28. The deliberate pause. Where does friction belong inside your decisions — and where have you removed it for the wrong reasons?

  6. Week 5

    Protect Judgment

    Thu Jun 11 · 12:15–12:55 PM ET · Day 35

Pulse on Days 29–35. What you strut. What you stumble. What stays.

  7. Week 6

    Commissioning

    Thu Jun 18 · 12:15–12:55 PM ET · Days 36–40

The Operating Signature. Read aloud. Witnessed. Carried forward.

A short Frame video drops every Monday at 7:00 AM ET, beginning Mon May 11 and continuing through Mon Jun 15 — six films, one per pulse week. Watch each one before Thursday’s pulse.

Week 0 · Framing Note

Before the first day,
a steady reading.

We had planned a Kick-off Frame video for this slot. Production slipped. Rather than ship it half-formed, we are giving you the same content as a written note. Read it once before our welcome call on Thursday May 7. It will take about three minutes.

If you are reading this, you have already said yes.

What I want you to know, before Thursday, is that I see who is in this cohort.

Each of you arrived here at a moment that matters. Some of you have just left something. Some of you have just stepped into something. All of you are making decisions right now under pressure that does not pause for development.

That is not a problem to solve before the work begins. That is the reason the work begins.

Forty is not a program for leaders who want to study leadership. It is a lab for leaders who have committed to a pivot — whether you are standing on the precipice of it, or already inside it — and need the discipline that lets you choose well while the decisions are still live.

For the next forty days you will be practicing three disciplines: Restraint, Alignment, Precision. Not in theory. In the actual environment where your judgment is being tested every week.

The journal is the lab notebook. The Thursday calls are the calibration. The cohort is the witness.

What I am asking of you between now and Thursday is small. Complete the intake. Walk this site. Arrive on the call ready to be seen.

The rest of the discipline will build itself, one day at a time.

02 · The Frame Videos

Six short films.
One per week.

Each Frame is 90–180 seconds — recorded by Rhea, dropped Monday at 7:00 AM ET. They are not lectures. They are a question, sharpened. Week 0 is set differently — a written Framing Note instead of a film, so the cohort enters Day 1 with a steady reading rather than a screen.

03 · The Founding Cohort

You are not testing this.
You are co-building it.

This cohort is intentionally intimate — small enough that every voice shapes the room, and small enough that what you mark, name, and push back on shapes the program. The journal in your hands, the Frames you'll watch, the cadence we'll keep — these exist in their current form because you said yes before they were proven. Thank you. What follows is what we're asking in return.

  1. 01

Treat feedback as a discipline, not a chore.

Every Thursday call ends with two minutes for honest reactions. Use them. Specific beats polite.

  2. 02

    Mark the journal up.

Cross things out. Write in the margins. Send photos of the page that worked — or the one that didn't. The next print is shaped by what you mark.

  3. 03

    Name what missed.

A prompt that didn't land. A Frame video that fell flat. A week that felt too heavy or too light. Tell us. The program gets sharper or it stops being precise.

  4. 04

Bring one structural question to Day 40.

Not about your own signature — about the program. Where it should go next. What it should refuse to become. You have standing here.

  5. 05

Stay in touch after Day 40.

We will check in at 90 days and again at 6 months. The signature only counts if it survives the calendar — and we want to see what survives.

Why this only happens once

Future cohorts will be larger, more polished, and priced accordingly — because the platform, the production, and the room itself will have grown. The founding cohort is the one time this program runs at this scale, at this price, with this much direct access. That is not a footnote. That is the offer.

The cohort name stays with you. Whatever 40 becomes, you were the room where it began.

04 · Journal

The Founding Edition

Fifty-five pages. Five disciplines. Forty days of prompts plus the Day 40 reveal and Operating Signature spread. Print it, mark it up, carry it. Your printed copy carries the original "Pilot Edition v1.3" cover — that mark stays. What you write inside it shapes the next print.

We mail a printed copy to every cohort member. Use the PDF as a backup or to share a single page during a call.

05 · Signal Library

The disciplines, mapped.

The Field is what surrounds you. The Signature is what you carry through it. The Signal Map is the bridge — three discipline lenses, one composite view.

06 · What to expect

The agreements that make this work.

  • 01

    Show up on time.

12:15 PM ET. We start at the top. We end at 12:55 PM. Hard stops, both ends.

  • 02

    Camera on, fed, settled.

Eat first. We are a small group. The screen sees you the way the room would.

  • 03

    One voice at a time.

We use round-robin and chat-first prompts so the loudest voice does not set the ceiling.

  • 04

    Confidentiality, by default.

What is named in the room stays in the room. Insights travel; specifics do not.

  • 05

    Bring the journal.

The week's pages anchor the call. If you missed a day, that is data. Bring it anyway.

  • 06

    Strut and stumble both.

Day 35 asks for both. So does every Thursday. Performance is not the assignment.
