If you are reading this, you have already said yes.
What I want you to know, before Thursday, is that I see who is in this cohort.
Each of you arrived here at a moment that matters. Some of you have just left something. Some of you have just stepped into something. All of you are making decisions right now under pressure that does not pause for development.
That is not a problem to solve before the work begins. That is the reason the work begins.
Forty is not a program for leaders who want to study leadership. It is a lab for leaders who have committed to a pivot — whether you are standing on the precipice of it, or already inside it — and need the discipline that lets you choose well while the decisions are still live.
For the next forty days you will be practicing three disciplines: Restraint, Alignment, Precision. Not in theory. In the actual environment where your judgment is being tested every week.
The journal is the lab notebook. The Thursday calls are the calibration. The cohort is the witness.
What I am asking of you between now and Thursday is small. Complete the intake. Walk this site. Arrive on the call ready to be seen.
The rest of the discipline will build itself, one day at a time.
